2008 Point Series Results

Again for 2008, we are implementing a Point Series Championship. Requirements for the series are that each competitor must be a valid Wisconsin resident, be a member of USPSA, and must register in one of the 6 divisions.

Rules follow the latest edition of the USPSA Handgun Competition Rules. Application deadline is April 13th, 2008, prior to the first point series match. Fee for the Series is $25, which will be used for the awards, gun drawing, and banquet. Banquet date, time, and location will be announced.

New for this year, Point Series competitors will only be competing with others in the series. A new scoring system based on the number of shooters registered in a division and those who are actually competing in a respective match. For details, please see Section 10.2 of the Wisconsin Section Bylaws.

Division winners will receive an award and offered a US Nationals slot for the 2009 Handgun Nationals, provided they are available.

All results and updates will be posted on this Point Series page. To register, fill out the lower portion of the application, tear off and mail with fee to the Point Series Coordinator at the address provided on the application. Make check payable to: Wisconsin Section
